LEGAL AID
“Sveti Spas” Citizens' Association for Assistance to Displaced from Kosovo and Metohija is trying by their activities to provide free of charge permanent legal assistance to own fellow-countrymen. This kind of assistance is provided disregarding the situation with funding from projects. The structure of engaged associates is enabling this. Besides actual information the assistance is consisting in giving legal advice, in assisting in writing of requests which will be filed and in assisting in obtaining of certain documents necessary for realisation of certain rights. Of course, if this assistance is covered by the project and financial support the results are much better.
