At the very much-visited promotion were also present representatives of Serbian Orthodox Church, the representative of Catholic archbishop, vice-consul from the Embassy of Turkey Republic, representatives from state cultural and social institutions, UNHCR, Coordinating Center etc.
By his presence, the Ambassador of Russian Federation Mr. Vladimir Ivanovski has showed special honour to the organizers.
Mr. Nenad Trifunovic, the president of Association of citizens of Prizren "Sima Andrejević Igumanov" in Belgrade addressed to the audience, as well as Ms Dragica Radosavljević, director of publishing house "Prvo slovo" ltd, then the reviewer of the book Mr. Žarko Jovanović, scientific advisor and the author of the book Mr. Mihajlo Čemerikić. Their speeches were completed by showing of pictures from Prizren and its surroundings and by adequate musical and poetical program, which was presented by excellent artists, such as Ms Ivana Žigon, Ms Irina Ugrinović, Mr. Uglješa Vujović, Mr. Ljubo Manasijević, Mr. Jordan Nikolić. This wonderful event was even more impressing thanks to the presence of young ladies from Prizren, who wore traditional costumes.
The typical atmosphere for Prizren and its tradition was completely conjured up at the cocktail party, which took place after the promotion, where were served traditional dishes from Prizren and the Prizren beer.

October 15th 2004, GRACANICA – LAPLJE SELO

The book "Prizren and its Neighbourhood 1019-1945" was presented to the small number of Serbs in Kosovo, in Laplje Selo and Gračanica on the October 14th 2004. The promotion was held upon the invitation of Cultural-educational Society of Kosovo and it took place as the part of the manifestation "Old Serbian tradition", sponsored by the Ministry of Culture of Republic of Serbia.
The organizers were the Association of citizens of Prizren "Sima Andrejević Igumanov", humanitarian organization "Sveti Spas" and the publishing house "Prvo slovo" ltd.
Mr. Nenad Trifunović, Ms Dragica Radosavljević and professor PhD. Mihajlo Čemerikić addressed to the audience.
The cultural program was performed by Mr. Jordan Nikolić who sang perfectly and Mr. Zlatko Mavrić who showed video from the promotion that took place in Belgrade and pictures of Prizren and its surroundings, that were made on the same day, when the promotion took place.
